Quotes and bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and are not final until confirmed by us in writing. A date is reserved only once a deposit is received.

Final pricing may change if event details such as guest count, hours, location, or add-ons change from what was quoted.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the schedule stated in your quote. Deposits are handled through a third-party payment processor.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, safe and legal access to the setup location, and any venue permissions required. For some setups we may need space, and occasionally power or shade, which we will confirm in advance.

Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation and changes

We provide our services with reasonable care but are not liable for factors outside our control, such as weather or venue restrictions. We may update these terms, and the current version always lives on this page.
