Iced coffee catering for events
We roll a staffed coffee cart to your venue and pour iced coffee drinks to order. Guests get cold brew or nitro cold brew (nitro coffee) over ice with syrup and creamer. Flavored options use our four syrups. Non-dairy creamer is included. Iced coffee catering covers weddings, corporate days, private parties, pop-ups, and markets across Central Florida.

We pour cold brew and nitro coffee over ice with syrup and creamer. We do not run an espresso bar or build custom drink lists. Guests choose cold brew or nitro cold brew, then a flavored syrup, and the line keeps moving.

What makes Mabu different
Built around iced coffee only
A lot of event coffee tries to cover hot and cold in one setup. Mabu does not. The whole cart is built for iced coffee drinks: cold brew and nitro cold brew over ice, finished with syrup and creamer. Guests are not choosing between an espresso build and an iced add-on. They walk up, pick cold brew or nitro, add a flavor if they want one, and get a cold cup they can carry while they keep talking. That focus is why the menu stays short and why the pour feels familiar instead of fussy.
A short menu that keeps the line moving
We offer four flavored syrups: vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, and mocha. That is the full list on purpose. Cocktail hour, outdoor mingling, and break times all create sudden demand, and long dream menus slow everyone down. With a clear choice and a pour built for speed, people order in a few words, take their cup, and get back to the day. Speed here is not a slogan. Made for Florida heat and outdoor guest flow
Central Florida events often land outside: gardens, barns, patios, markets, and warm-weather private parties where an icy pour matches the weather. Mabu is built for those moments. If you already have an espresso cart indoors or at another station, you can still add our iced cart for outdoor guest flow. We cover the cold side. We do not try to replace a full espresso bar. We give guests a cold drink where the heat and the mingling actually are.
The team behind Mabu
Founders Amanda Gonzalez and William Lee started Mabu Iced Coffee in 2026 in Orlando. Going for iced coffee with a friend is how they catch up in Florida, and it became part of both of their lives. Jade is finishing her marketing degree. William wanted work that was not stuck at a desk all day. They put those pieces together around a shared love of iced coffee and built a staffed coffee cart business that stays simple.
We are based in Orlando, FL. That location is our home base, and we travel Central Florida for events.
