Cancellation Policy

Deposits

A deposit reserves your date and is applied to your final balance. Because reserving your date means turning away other bookings, deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your quote.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel, let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made well ahead of the event are the easiest to accommodate. The deposit terms above apply.

Rescheduling

We are happy to move your booking to a new date when our calendar allows, and we will do our best to carry your deposit to the new date. Reach out as soon as you know.

Weather and outdoor events

Our cart is built for the outdoors, but severe weather can affect any event. If conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule. Please have a shade or covered option in mind for outdoor summer dates.
