Coffee Catering in Downtown Orlando
Downtown is where Orlando gathers. We serve office events near Orange Avenue, rooftop and lobby receptions, and outdoor celebrations around Lake Eola Park.
Lake Eola is one of the city’s most popular event spots, with rentable lawns, plazas, and the amphitheater through the City of Orlando. It’s also busy: the Orlando Farmers Market fills the park every Sunday, and July 4 brings Fireworks at the Fountain. The calendar also includes the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival in May and Paws in the Park at Lake Eola in February. Plan around those dates when you book a downtown event.
Orlando Venues to Consider
These Orlando venues allow outside vendors or are worth asking about. Always confirm vendor policies with your venue before booking.
Lake Eola Park, Downtown
Lawns and plazas for weddings, parties, and community events. Food and beverage vendors are allowed with the right permit, and the park requires compostable, recyclable, or reusable serving products.
The Acre Orlando, College Park
An indoor-outdoor garden venue under the oaks for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Ask the venue about outside beverage vendors.
Orlando Science Center, Loch Haven Park
Large indoor event space for weddings, corporate events, and product launches. Ask the events team about outside vendor policies.
Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Downtown
Event spaces for corporate gatherings, receptions, and private celebrations in the heart of Downtown. Ask the events team about outside vendors.
Permits, Venue Rules, and Weather in Orlando
City Park Permits
Any event on City of Orlando property with a vendor needs a Special Events Permit, even a small one. The city asks you to apply at least 60 days ahead, and vendors need a business tax receipt, a fire inspection, and $1 million in liability insurance naming the city. Read the City of Orlando Special Events Guide or reserve a city park.
Venue Catering Policies
Some Orlando venues only allow caterers from their approved list, including several gardens and museums. Ask your venue if outside beverage vendors are allowed. We’ll share our insurance certificate if they need it.
Orlando Weather
Orlando’s rainy season runs from about late May to mid-October, and the National Weather Service notes that lightning risk is highest from 2 to 8 PM in summer. For outdoor summer events, we recommend evening service windows and always plan a covered backup spot. November through April brings drier days and highs in the 70s, the best season for outdoor celebrations.
Orlando Neighborhoods We Serve
We serve events across the City of Orlando, including Downtown, Thornton Park, College Park, Mills 50, Audubon Park, Ivanhoe Village, and MetroWest. Many of these neighborhoods have their own weekly markets, including the College Park, Audubon Park, and Packing District farmers markets (see the City of Orlando farmers market list). We also have dedicated pages for coffee catering in Lake Nona and coffee catering in Baldwin Park.
